Clyde E. Page passed away peacefully on June 17, 2024, at the age of 76 in his hometown of Evansville, Indiana. Born on September 14, 1947, in Evansville.
He was a beloved brother to Charles Page, Rosie Hall, Sharon Frankenberger, Diana Winstead, Donnie Page, Lisa Wurth, Joan Wells, Gayle Ricketts, and Gloria Douthitt. His family was his anchor, and the bonds he shared with his siblings were unbreakable. As he grew older, he became a cherished father to his sons, Michael Page and David Page, who were the pride of his life. Also surviving him are 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Mary Page; siblings Daisy Page, Lorrene Potts, Alice Brenner, Charlotte Gibbs, Paula Willoughby, Robert Page, John Page, Leroy Page, and David Page, Mary Louise Patrick; and his great-grandson, Michael Sulawske.
Professionally, Clyde devoted many years of service to Silgan Containers, where his hardworking nature was evident to all who knew him. Beyond his professional life, Clyde had a profound love for his family. He found joy in traveling with horses, an interest that allowed him to explore new places. Horse racing, in particular, was not just a pastime but a source of excitement and pleasure that he eagerly shared with friends and family.
