Cody Bierbower

BIERBOWER, Cody Alexander 31, Cody tragically passed away the day before his 32nd birthday, on January 28, 2024, in Long Beach, California. He moved to Asheville, North Carolina seven years ago and lived in Long Beach, California for the last 12 months. He was born in St. Petersburg, Florida and lived in the Tampa Bay area until his mid-twenties. Cody is survived by parents, Ms. Wendie King, and Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy and Stacey Bierbower. He is forever remembered by his sisters, Miranda and Katie and brothers, Justin, Josh, Collin, and Bradan as well as brother-in-law, Mark, and grandparent, Ellen Fallon and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Preceding him in death were grandparents, LeRoy Sr, and Dorothy Bierbower, William and Carol Ann Barkman and Donald Fallon, as well as sister-in-law, Nikki and brother-in-law, Dylan. Cody graduated from Bloomingdale High School in June 2010. One of Cody's passions was spending as much time in the wilderness as possible from walking the many different trails in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina, Zion National Park, or hiking in the Grand Canyon. He enjoyed every moment of his life to the fullest and had more adventures in his short 32 years of life than most people do in their golden years. Another one of Cody's passions was gardening where he constantly grew different types of herbs and plants. Due to his incredible love of the wildlife and the outdoors, there will be a Celebration of Life for Cody that will be held at the Botanical Gardens located at 12520 Ulmerton Rd., Largo, Florida on March 23 from 10-12 pm.
