Cohen Reece Freeman Obituary
"Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends." Corinthians 13:7-8
While most people only dream of angels, we held one in my arms. Our little angel, Cohen Reece Freeman, was born into the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in New Albany, MS.
A service remembering baby Cohen will be held at 1 PM Monday November 18, 2024, in the Memory Chapel of New Albany Funeral and Cremation Care with Bro. William Cook officiating. Visitation will be from 11 AM until time of service. Burial will follow in Enterprise Cemetery.
Cohen was a true miracle, whose little life spoke volumes to those waiting to love him. Though he spent only a moment in his parent's arms, he remains in their hearts forever. Cohen's time was a brief gift to us all, as he touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Although our hearts hurt, we look forward to our reunion in heaven, and trust that he is safe with Jesus until we meet again.
He was the son of Whitney Noel Holmes and Forrest Allen Freeman, the brother of, Addison Roberds, Isabella Parker, Rylanne Freeman, Brentlee Freeman, and Avery Freeman, and the grandson of, Melissa Carroll, Pamela Ferguson, and Bradley Freeman.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers include William Freeman, Allan Priest, and Robert Dukes.
New Albany Funeral and Cremation Care is honored to serve Cohen's family.
