Coleman Ferriss, 56, of Upton, passed away Tuesday January 21, 2025 at his residence in Upton.He was born in Elizabethtown to Lee and Patricia Hornback Ferriss. He was a East Hardin High School graduate and had worked at Harts Body Shop in Radcliff. He was a member of Lucas Grove Baptist Church.He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jesse and Tom Devore, paternal grandmother, Verna Ferriss, three aunts, Frances Carby, Ruth Hornback, Ernestine Hornback, two uncles, George Hornback, and Carlos Wooden.He is survived by his loving wife Melissa Reynolds Ferriss of Upton, KY. parents Lee and Patricia Ann Hornback Ferriss of Upton, KY, sister, Lynette Ferriss of Upton, KY, and nephew, Joseph Ferriss of Henderson, NV, step sons, Michael Reynolds of Louisville, KY, and Nathan Reynolds of Bonnieville, KY, step daughter, Kelsey Reynolds of Louisville, KY, grandchildren, Katie, Bradon, Linlee, and Layla, and an aunt, Mary Walters, Elizabethtown, KY.Funeral Services will be held Friday January 24, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Lucas Grove Baptist Church in Upton, KY with Rev. Brandon Sehein and Rev. Billy Curle officiating. Burial will be held at the Brackett Cemetery.Visitation will be Friday 11:00 am to 1:30 pm at the Manakee Funeral Home in Upton.Condolences may be expressed on-line at www.manakeefunerahome.com
