Our beloved mother, grandmother (Grammy & Gigi) & friend, Colleen Cassetty, died on January 21st, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 81.
Colleen was married to her soul mate & best friend, Frank Cassetty, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her parents George and Grace Curtiss; brother, George Curtiss; sister in law, Jean Curtiss.
She is survived by her three children, Katie Graves (husband Chris Graves), Christl Ray (husband David Ray) & Karen Cassetty; Grammy & GiGi to David Fulcher, Rachel James, Aidan Graves, Zoe Graves, Shayne Ray, & Summer Ray; Great- Grandchildren, Elsie Kinsley, Lilly, Paisley & Whitley Fulcher.
Colleen Cassetty was amazing woman who loved her children, grandchildren, and friends, she was selfless, always worrying about others, making sure they were taking care of first. Colleen love politics. She was happy to be able to watch President Donald J. Trump inauguration on Monday, especially to see what First Lady Melania was wearing. Colleen will be missed dearly by all who were blessed to been a part of her life and known her.
In honor of Colleen Cassetty's life, there will be a memorial service held on February 2nd, 2025: visitation 1:00pm to 3pm with memorial service at 3:00pm, At Sellars Mt. Juliet Funeral Home.
Lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
