Colleen H. Cramer

Colleen H. Cramer, age 89, of Peoria, IL, passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at Liberty Village in Peoria, IL.

Colleen was born on April 9, 1936 in Peoria, a daughter of the late Willis Earl "Buck and Geneva (Hart) Hawksworth. She spent a life-time with William R. Cramer. He preceded her in death.

Surviving are two children, Steven Cramer of Peoria and Tammy (Jerry McHenry) Cramer-Lensmeyer of East Peoria, four grandchildren, Brittney (Martin) McMorrow of Washington, IL, Drew Lensmeyer of Chicago, IL, Ian (Jasmine Hanshaw) McHenry of Creve Coeur and Ryan Cramer of Peoria, four great-grandchildren, Presley, Sawyer and Sloane McMorrow and Oaklynn McHenry as well as three sisters, Vickie Ward, Bernice Keylor and Winnie Kear.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.

Colleen was a long-time secretary at Peoria Central High School. Colleen and William were members of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. She was a charter member of Arrowhead Country Club. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing tennis, solitaire and backgammon. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Cremation Rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria, IL. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
