Connie Kay Christensen, 78, of South Chesterfield, VA, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Born in Harlan, Iowa on August 15, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Virginia Nelson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerald John Christensen; and brothers, Brian Nelson, and Bruce Nelson.
Connie worked at Food Pride for many years before her retirement. She lived a life full of warmth, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. She loved to crochet, cook and bake. Most of all she loved her grandchildren, and they loved her too. She will be missed dearly by her family.
She is survived by her son, Jarrod Christensen (Amy); grandchildren, Connor, Daniel, and Hayley; and brother, Todd Nelson.
