Connie K. Rush, 85, of Logansport, passed away Thursday January 30, 2025, in Woodbridge Health Campus.

Born on July 25, 1939, in Deer Creek, Indiana, she was the daughter to the late Jessie Truman and Gladys (Jones) Kuszmaul.

In 1959 Connie married James “Bill” Rush who preceded in death on March 29, 2002. 

Connie was a retired factory worker for Federal Mogul. She enjoyed painting and attending Bingo at the American Legion. She was a member of the Walton American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed QVC and Home Shopping Network. She was a former volunteer at Emmaus Mission food pantry.

Survivors include one daughter, Kathy (George) Troutman, Logansport; sister, Martha Jo Hawley, Peru, IN; 4 grandchildren, Jason (Raquel) Cripe, Aubrey (John) Aubrey; Kaylee (TJ) Corrigan and Mattea Clem;10 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Connie was preceded in death by one daughter, Tammy Johnson; one grandson, Jeremy Aubrey; four brothers, Ralph, Kenney, Don and Bob Kuszmaul.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00pm on Saturday February 1, 2025, in Gundrum Funeral Home with John Johnson officiating.

A visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00 pm prior to the service.
