Craig and I became acquaintances over 30 years ago. His office was just down the hall from my employer's. Over the years we had brief interactions in the elevator and some time later I developed a business relationship with his son. I would occasionally seek his advice about the oil & gas leases and other matters. His keen insight and extensive business insight was invaluable to me. He would go out of his way to provide information and point me to additional resources to verify for myself the accuracy of his advice. He was a trusted advisor, mentor and friend. I'll miss having him to lean on and an forever grateful to have known him.
