Mrs. Crissy Herrington, age 46, a resident of Morton, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at University Medical Center in Jackson.
Her visitation will be held 5pm-8pm Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Morton.
Chapel service will be held 11am, Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at the Ott and Lee Chapel in Morton.
Burial will follow in Branch Baptist Cemetery.

Crystal “Crissy” Marie Martin-Herrington, age 45, of Scott County, passed away on September 27, 2025, at University of Mississippi Medical Center. She was surrounded by loved ones and friends.
Crissy was a member of Branch Baptist Church in Scott County. She loved being with her family and friends. Her favorite past times included shopping, traveling, arts & crafts, hunting, fishing, caring for others, and most importantly…being a Nonnie to her two beautiful grandchildren, Michael Bailey & Shaleigh Grace.
Crissy was born in Flowood, MS, to Sandra and Michael Martin on December 24,1979. She was a graduate of Morton High School and attended East Central Community College.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Ray Herrington; her mother Sandra Harrell (David), and her children, Jesse Herrington (Brianna), Haleigh Johnson (Tim), Staci Herrington, and her brother Brian Martin (Lesley), her two nephews, Lyle and Lochlan Martin, and a host of extended family.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Louise “Weezie” Huffman (Clyde), James Parker (Francis), Mackie B Martin & Pauline Parker Martin; Her father Michael Martin, and her brother, Stacy Martin.
Services will be held at Ott&Lee Funeral Home. Visitation will be on September 30, 2025 from 5pm-8pm with Funeral services to follow on October 1, 2025 at 11am. Interment will be at Branch Baptist Church.
Pallbearers include: Tim Johnson, Jesse Herrington, Ethan Martin, Kevin Denson, Collin Warren, Dawson Warren. Honorary include David Harrell, Greg Warren, and Michael Herrington.
Bro. Geary Walton, Bro. Carlton McNeer, and Bro. Paul Smith will be officiating
Chrissy was a HERO. She was a Organ Donor. Her memory will live on in people that she will be helping.
