She worked at M. Wile Co. in Dunkirk, before she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. She enjoyed time with her family and friends
. Cindy is survived by her husband Timothy Shearer, two sons, Timothy Jr. and Joseph Shearer, two grandsons, Nicholas and Ethan Shearer, one brother, Brian (Stephanie) Halpainy, and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Marsha Lee Shearer, her parents, Marshall and Patricia (Cobb) Halpainy, and her three siblings, Priscilla, Richard and Koren Halpainy.
Family and friends are welcome to call at the DiStasio Funeral Home, 478 Route 83, South Dayton, NY, on Wednesday, January 4th from 2 to 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral costs.
