Cynthia (Cindy) Kay Webb, Clinton, MO passed away peacefully October 24, 2025 at Research Medical Center. As per her wishes, no services are planned. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clinton Senior Center and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Cindy was born June 28, 1947 to James Otto and Phyllis (Carver) Morgan in Kansas City, MO. She grew up in Raytown, MO surrounded in the area by a large, close-knit extended family, and attended Raytown South High School. After her marriage, she settled in Peculiar, MO and later relocated to Urich, then Clinton, MO.

As a Wal-Mart cashier for 20 years (a fact she was extremely proud of) she forged many lasting friendships, namely with best friend Vicki with whom shared many adventures. Unfortunately, her health forced her to retire in 2012 but her passion for having fun with her friends did not end. She spent her last many years attending the Clinton Senior Center for lunch and cards nearly every week, rain or shine! Those card games and laughs with her friends are what kept her active when nothing else would have.

Cindy is survived by her son Jason and his wife Cari of Urich, a daughter Melissa, and a brother James Otto (J.O.) Morgan Jr. of Louisiana. In addition, she is survived by the lights of her life, her 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Vansant-Mills Funeral Home in Clinton, Missouri.
