Dale Snellen, 76, of Culvertown, passed away, Sunday May 25, 2025 at Baptist Health Hardin in E-town.
He was born in Samuels, February 19,1949 to Vernon Paul and Anna Beatrice Biven Snellen. He was of Catholic faith.
He retired from CSX Railroad and was a retired Army Veteran. He was also a member of the KHPA, where he enjoyed his favorite pastime of pitching horseshoes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Monte; brother-in-law, Rob Quelle; and his grandson, Isaac Paul Snellen.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 52 years, Arlene Snellen; his sons, Vernie (Anne) Snellen and Kevin Snellen; his grandchildren whom he loved with is whole heart, Emily, Chase, Noah, Caden, Madison, Cruz, Carter, Everly, and Emmett; three sisters, Anita Quelle of Cincinnati, Ohio, Verna (Bobby) Guthrie of Big Clifty, and Karen (Rudy) Pinkston of Deatsville; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Upon request of his wishes cremation was chosen with private graveside services at a later date.
