Dale Stano

Dale Stano, 67, passed away quietly at Riverside Hospital on May 13, 2025. He was the beloved brother of Toni Jacobs and brother-in-law, Bill Jacobs. He is predeceased by his parents, Philip and Mary Stano. He is survived by his three nephews, Bill, Chris (and wife, Shawna), and Thomas as well as two grandnephews. Dale was born on Long Island, NY and has lived in many interesting places along the eastern coast.
Dale was a member of First Church of Warwick in Newport News where he was welcomed with open arms by Pastor Bob, Associate Pastor Bill, and the very loving church community there. He developed many friendships in the area and was very close friends with Ed Martin, Jr. and Mike.
Dale loved dogs and will miss his furry friend, Rocky. He loved everything Christmas and found great joy in decorating with many lights, trees, and nativity sets. He also enjoyed refurbishing and repairing a variety of items. Out-of-town Services will be held at a later date.
