Dalton Ingram Obituary

Published by Legacy on Dec. 11, 2024.
FORT WORTH - Firefighter, Dalton R. Ingram, passed away at the age of 26 following an automobile accident on December 4, 2024.
Funeral Service: 1 p.m. Friday, December 13, 2024 at Doxology Bible Church.
Dalton was born on August 18, 1998 in Oklahoma City. Dalton and his family later relocated to the Fort Worth area, blessing all those around him with his light-hearted comic relief and unrelenting positivity. Dalton graduated Aledo High School in 2017, and sought out to fulfill his dream of being a firefighter. Dalton began as a Volunteer Firefighter for Everman Fire Department in 2017, which led to the opportunity to attend Fire Academy and EMT school and achieve his dream of being a full-time firefighter with Everman in 2020.
Dalton's love for the fire service led to additional employment, even working as a part time firefighter with Eagle Mountain Fire Department on his days off. Dalton left Everman in 2022 to continue his selfless service as a full time Firefighter/Paramedic with Eagle Mountain Fire Department, where he worked and lived until his passing. Dalton considered his fire service family an extension of his family, and he loved every moment he was there. It didn't matter if it was working out, rebuilding a motor, playing call of duty or just being his goofy, fun loving, positive self, the fire station is where you'd find him. We will miss his dad jokes, endless movie quotes, crazy music and overall love for life and community.
Dalton leaves behind his mother, Rebecca Neal and stepfather, Gary Neal; father, Donald Ingram Jr. and stepmother, Jamie Ingram; stepbrothers, Tyler Smith and Dakota Johnson; grandmother, Joyce Pantry and grandmother, Rhonda Martinez; grandfather, Ivan Pantry; grandfather, Donald Ingram Sr.; and step-grandmother, Maryann Pantry.
Dalton was predeceased by uncle, Marcus Pantry.
