Damian Bordelon, 51 of Jena, Louisiana, passed from this life unexpectedly on Sunday, May 18, 2025, following a tragic motorcycle accident.
Damian was born on Monday, May 13, 1974, in Zachery, Louisiana, to the union of O. A. Bordelon and Patricia L. (McBroom) Bordelon. Damian was a bright spirit known for his outgoing personality and infectious warmth. He never met a stranger and possessed one of the biggest hearts. He was always ready to lend a helping hand or offer kind words to anyone in passing.
He was a dedicated outdoorsman; he found joy in riding his motorcycle, spending time fishing, and hunting. Through these passions, he connected deeply with friends, family, and the natural world he cherished. Those who knew him admired Damian for living fully and for bringing happiness into every day and everyone's life.
Damian was preceded in death by his mother.
Those left to love and miss him are his father and stepmother, O. A. and Louise Bordelon, wife DeeDee (Deville) Bordelon of 12 years, two daughters, Alyssa Bordelon and Ashlyn Bordelon, stepdaughter Kaitlin Geuin, a son, Ian Bordelon, stepson Cody Pritchard, brother Jamie Bordelon, three step brothers James White, Allen White, and Rocky White, 5 grandchildren Natalie Pritchard, Tate Pritchard, Landry Pritchard, Gentry Geuin and Collins Geuin, and a host of other family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Crossroads New Life Tabernacle Church in Deville, Louisiana, on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM with the visitation beginning at 12:00 PM. Bro. James White and Bro. Mike Deville will be officiating.
