Damion Michael Kreger, 50, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on July 1, 2025, in his hometown. Born on October 15, 1974, in Battle Creek to Stan and Patrice (Lussier) Kreger. Damion was a proud graduate of Battle Creek Central High School, Class of 1993. He built a dedicated career at W.K. Kellogg Company, where he worked as a Safety Technician. Damion was a proud member of BCTGM Local 3G and a huge union advocate. Outside of work, Damion was known for his deep love of the arts and cooking. A gifted artist and a remarkable chef, he poured his creativity into everything he touched. Damion loved all types of music and movies and expressed himself frequently to those he cared about by sharing songs and movie recommendations. On September 9, 2000, Damion married Angela (Sims) Kreger. Together, they built a life grounded in love, laughter, and devotion to their family. Damion was a proud "girl dad" to four incredible daughters: Kennedy, Lainey, Addison, and Sydney. His love for his girls was unwavering, and he carried the memory of his beloved daughter Lainey in his heart every day. His children were the pride and joy of his life. Damion was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Lainey. He is survived by the love of his life, Angela Kreger; daughters Kennedy Kreger, Addison (Tianna Boswell) Kreger, and Sydney (Antione Westry) Kreger; and a wide and loving extended family including siblings Colette (Ryan) Steele, Erin (Jess) Brady, Shane (Andy) Balaskovitz, Conor Brady, JennaLee (Mickey) Stefan, Erika (Ryan) Webber, and Trevor Cameron; his stepfather, James (Thresa) Brady; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Damion's legacy is one of creativity, dedication, humor, and deep love. He will be remembered for his gentle heart, his fierce loyalty to his family, and the way he made others feel seen, heard, and cherished. The family will receive friends at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home on Monday, July 7th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the funeral home.
