Dan Istre Obituary
Dan Istre passed away on October 19, 2024 at the age of 57. Dan was a native of Covington, Louisiana. He was born to Evelyn and Ferdie Istre.
He is survived by his wife Theckla Delahoussaye Istre “Cissy” and his children Alyssa Istre, Ashley Loga (Brad). Grandchildren Lexi and Logan Loga. His siblings David Istre (Denise), Suzanne Cosse (Gerald) Joe Istre, Juliet Lebsock (Jay), Phillip (Shirley), Angela Mayer (Todd), George Istre (Mila), Damon Istre (Melissa) and the late Peter Istre and Albert Istre. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends. He will be greatly missed
Dan did two tours Desert Storm and Desert Shield with the US Army.
