Dan-Josef "DJ" Bell, of Zephyr Hills, Florida, died on Friday, September 16, 2022, at Advent Health Hospital, Zephyr Hills. He resided in Old Bridge, prior to relocating to Northern Pennsylvania and then to Zephyr Hills. He is survived by three older siblings, Annmarie, Michael and Martin.
Born on January 14, 1972 in New Brunswick, New Jersey, of the late Dolores Camar Bell and Paul Kenneth Bell, of Old Bridge, New Jersey and Hop Bottom, Pennsylvania. DJ had a lifelong love of fishing and all things outdoors. He had an adventurous soul from childhood.
DJ began his career studying mechanics in high school and working in several different organizations as a mechanic, usually excelling in each position. He was widely known for properly diagnosing any mechanical problem.
He is predeceased by his wife, Nancy Davitt Bell and is survived by his companion, Tanya Fagan, his sister, Annmarie Baldini and her spouse Brian, as well as his brothers, Michael and his spouse, Kim and Martin and his spouse, Ann Marie. DJ is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Beloved brother and uncle, DJ will be forever remembered for his kind heart and beautiful soul.
Indeed life will never be the same without him.
The service will be held at 10 am on October 1st at St. Ambrose Church, 83 Throckmorton Lane in Old Bridge, New Jersey, followed by interment at Forest Green Park Cemetery, 535 Texas Road in Marlboro, New Jersey.
