Seneca, SC - Dan Qualls, 79, of Seneca, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the Cottingham Hospice House, surrounded by his loving family.
Born January 8, 1946, in Westminster, South Carolina, he was the son of the late Samuel and Harriett Rholetter Qualls. Dan worked as a painter and was a member of Damascus Baptist Church.
He is survived by his sons, Danny Qualls (Leslie) of Walhalla, Cory Burton of Westminster, and Kyle Burton of Westminster; his brother, Servie Qualls of Westminster; his sisters, Jennie Burton of Westminster, Samille Cobb of Westminster, and Arlette Lyles of Westminster; and two grandchildren, Skyler and Lawson Qualls; special niece, Pam Burton.
Dan is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Lisa Qualls; and his siblings, Curtis Qualls, Emory Qualls, and Alasko Qualls.
A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 pm, Wednesday, September 10th,2025 at Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm, Wednesday, September 10th, 2025 prior to the service at Sandifer Funeral Home.
