Dana Morgan Conley

October 10, 1944 - March 18, 2026

Dana Morgan Conley, of Roy, rejoined the love of her life, Nick, on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. She was 81 years old.

Dana was born on October 10, 1944. She had a memorable childhood growing up in Devil’s Slide, Utah, with her parents, Bill and Margaret Morgan, and her brother, Byron. She later graduated from Morgan High School. In her professional career, she worked for 39 years at St. Benedict’s and Ogden Regional Medical Center as a payroll specialist.

On July 11, 1964, she married Nicholas Grant Conley of Randolph, Utah, and thus began the greatest love story ever told. The pair welcomed two children, Nicki (Tim) George and Eric (Kerri) Conley, and raised them in a home where laughter and love never ran dry. They spent the better part of their lives camping, boating, and at Bear Lake, soaking up all the family time they could get. Dana spent the past six years since Nick’s passing missing him every day, and we can only imagine how sweet their reunion must have been.

Dana’s favorite title of all was Grandma. You could not miss her at any of life’s important events for her grandchildren: Amanda (Taylor) Weaver, Kennedy (Dallas) Wilde, Logan George, Levi (Taylor) Conley, Kenna (Cade) Harris, Hunter Conley, Kaysen Cherry, Braxton Cherry, Brynnli Cherry, and Kooper Cherry. Graduations, weddings, performances, and sporting events, Dana was there as the biggest cheerleader of them all.

In recent years, Dana’s heart only grew bigger with the addition of eight great-grandchildren: Lincoln, Briggs, Acelynn, Grey, Holt, Oaks, Conley (who shared her birthday with Grandma Great), and baby Sutton. These little ones loved her with their whole hearts, and we are so grateful they got to spend as much time with her as they did.

Dana was preceded in death by her parents, her in-laws Solomon and Gladys Conley, her husband, and her “second greatest love,” Elvis Presley. She will be remembered by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, family, friends, and her sweet pup, Zoey.

Dana’s loss will be felt by all who loved her, but we will look forward to her feathers sent from heaven and every visit to our hummingbird feeders.

We love you, “A Whole Bunch.”

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 3, 2026, at 2:00 pm, at Leavitt’s Mortuary, 836 36th Street, Ogden, Utah 84403.
