Her Legacy Dana Marie Jones, 36, passed away June 6, 2024. She was born on April 4, 1988, in Lake St. Louis, Missouri to Doug Dilley and Carolyn (Wibbenmeyer) Dilley. Dana married her soulmate, Michael Jones, on May 10, 2008, in O'Fallon, Missouri. Dana had an energetic and bubbly personality. She was an incredibly gifted go-getter with a heart of gold. Dana poured everything she had into her husband and children; they were everything to her. She was always heavily involved in her children's activities. Dana was also the vibrant heart and soul of The Howell Area Junior Football League as the Director of the cheer program. She was a fun, loving, and deeply devoted leader to the kids she coached. Dana was a social butterfly who loved to plan parties and entertain. She was full of energy and an avid runner. Dana's incredible spirit, beautiful smile and unwavering commitment to her family and friends will always be cherished. She was beloved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
Her Family Dana will be missed by her husband, Michael Jones; her children, Dane Jones, Michaela Jones; parents, Doug and Carolyn Dilley; siblings, David (Samantha) Dilley, Drew Dilley; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mick (Tammy) Jones; sister-in-law, Chrissy Jones.
Her Farewell Dana's family and friends will gather Wednesday, June 12, 2024, from 3PM-8PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Memorial Chapel in Howell, Michigan. A candlelight vigil will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 8:30PM, at the Three Fires Elementary School football field. Please feel free to wear your favorite cheer bow or pearls to honor our Dana.
