Daniel Amendola Obituary
Dan had worked in maintenance and security at Shriner's Hospital for Children for 11 years, retiring in 2005. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, the Siebenbuerger Club and very much enjoyed classic cars.
Besides his parents, Dan was preceded in death by his brother, John B. Amendola.
Survivors include his significant other, Jessie (Cofini) Rathbun; his four children, Scott Amendola of Lexington, KY, Kim Roberts (Charles) of Richmond, KY, Toni Dyer of Smyrna, TN, and Michelle Sexton of Smyrna, TN; two sisters; Angeline Sansone of Harborcreek and Evelyn Concilla (Gerald) of Sacramento, CA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St. at Greengarden Blvd. Tuesday from 2 until 8 p.m. and are invited to attend services there, Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. followed by the funeral mass at St. Patrick Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

We were so sorry to read about Danny´s passing. I remember some fun times in grade school at St. Pat´s. Unfortunately, we are leaving on vacation tomorrow and we will miss the funeral. My condolences to his loved ones.
