Daniel Franklin Bennett

It is with heavy hearts and a lifetime of fond memories that we say goodbye to Daniel Franklin Bennett of Moore, Oklahoma. Daniel passed away from this life on August 14, 2024, at the age of 76. Born in Garber, Oklahoma, on May 23, 1948, Daniel was the son of Wesley Daniel Bennett and Cynthia Irene (Byrd) Bennett, both of whom have preceded him in death.
He leaves his wife of 57 years, Victoria Bennett, to cherish his memory, along with his beloved children Daniel Franklin Bennett II and wife Cheryl, B. Chad Bennett, Jennifer Ann-Marie Franklin, and Jason K. Bennett; grandchildren Daniel Franklin Bennett III, Garret Alexander Bennett, Matthew Conlan Bennett, Jacob Aurelius Bennett, Grant Marshall Franklin, and Katelynn Grace Bennett. Daniel is also survived by his sisters, C'Anne Butler and husband Dale, and Zana Trammell, and many other loved ones and friends.
Daniel was an exceptionally hard worker who thrived in his career as a Land Surveyor, traveling all over the world for work. After retiring from Olsson Associates after many years of hard work and dedication to the company, Daniel began to focus solely on what mattered the most – his beloved family. In his free time, he enjoyed watching westerns. Daniel was a particularly big fan of The Lone Ranger, a film he watched and shared with others countless times over the years. Yet, of the many things in life that brought him joy, nothing made Daniel happier than spending time with the people he loved. He especially treasured all the precious moments he spent with his grandchildren.
As we honor the memory of Daniel Franklin Bennett, let us remember him for his strength of character, his impeccable work ethic, and most of all, for the devotion and unconditional love he had for his family. Daniel will be deeply missed, and his memory will live forever in our hearts.
