Daniel S. Brown passed away peacefully on June 29, 2025 at the age of 64.
Dan was a proud father to his children: Michelle (Todd) and Dan Jr (Kelsey). Also survived by his brothers Jim (Susan) and Jack (Judie). Dan was loving uncle to Mathew (Angel), Luke (Missie), Katie (Kaiima) and Kevin (Sarah) and Great-Uncle to Emma and Eli. Further survived by many cousins and friends. Dan was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Brown, and mother, Pauline (nee Zembrowski) Brown.
Dan loved family, music, holding rummage sales, and was a true dog whisperer. He could tell a good story, and for a man who had little was generous to a fault.
Per Dan’s wishes, the family will hold a small private gathering to celebrate his life in Ironwood, MI at a later date.
A special thank you to the staff and nurses at Crossroads Care Center and Brighton Hospice.
