Daniel G. Grimm

Daniel G. Grimm, 44, of Franklin, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. Born on May 26, 1981, in Newton, Dan was a dedicated and loving father, son, brother, and friend. He was a proud and long-standing member of the 472 Laborers Union for nearly 25 years, a career to which he was deeply committed. Beyond his work, Dan's passion lay in motor sports. He was an avid motocross racer and found great joy in riding his motorcycles. His enthusiasm extended to his vehicles, as he was well-known for always having a distinctively lifted or lowered truck. Above all, Dan treasured time spent with his children. He enjoyed sharing his love for riding, teaching his kids how to ride, and simply relished their time together. His memory will be cherished by those who knew his vibrant spirit and dedication to his family and passions. Dan is predeceased by his loving mother, Sandra Grimm. He is survived by his beloved children, Jacob Grimm, 17, and Tessa Grimm, 15; his father, Glenn Grimm; his sister, Heather Herrmann; and many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, a nephew, a niece, and countless friends. Funeral Services and Donations A viewing will be held at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home on Monday, November 10th, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a funeral service beginning at 7:30PM.
