Daniel Michael Samraney

Age 51, of Pittsburgh, passed unexpectedly on May 25, 2022. He was the beloved husband of 20 years to Melissa D. Samraney whom he adored; loving son of Michael and Joanne Samraney; dear brother to Marlo (Bob) Oswald and Frank (Lauren) V. DePhillips; dearest son-in-law of June (Peter Iversen) DePhillips and the late Frank G. DePhillips; cherished uncle to Jolie, Nina, Zachary, Justin, Franco, and Enzo; treasured companion of his dog, Sophie. He is also survived by loving aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Danny was most known for being extremely generous, kind, caring, and loving to his family. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and loved all animals. Danny and Melissa traveled frequently to see their favorite bands as they both shared a passion for live music and new adventures. Danny's sense of humor was unparalleled as he loved to make people laugh. He was an avid reader and enjoyed sharing his knowledge of history and current events.
