It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Daniel T. Tellez, 22 years young, of Corpus Christi, TX, on December 12, 2024.
Daniel was born in Kingsville, TX, September 12, 2002, to parents Lisa and Victor Tellez.
Daniel is survived by his beloved son, Lucio; mother, Lisa Tellez; siblings, Celestial Park, Colton Tellez, and Acer Tellez; and partner, Cass Vara; along with extended family and close companions, and all lucky enough to have met and been imprinted by such an amazing and kind individual.
Daniel is preceded in passing by his father, Victor Tellez.
Though his life was marked by many hardships, Daniel's spirit shone brightly, illuminating the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Daniel had a deep love for music, his family, and most of all, his beautiful son, who was the light of his life. His greatest ambition was to provide his loved ones with what he himself had often gone without, embodying a selflessness and determination that inspired all around him.
Daniel was the kind of person who could light a room with his smile, a beacon of love and care as a son, brother, father, partner, and friend. His laughter was infectious, and he always seemed to have a joke for every occasion. Daniel never stopped trying to ensure the happiness and well-being of those closest to him (You Gucci?), always putting others before himself.
Although his life story has come to an end, the love and memories he shared with us will forever remain. Daniel's legacy lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and especially his son, who will carry forward the spirit of his incredible father.

We love you, Daniel. Rest easy knowing you made the world a brighter place.
