Señor Torres story began on July 21, 1937 in Tecalitlan, Jalisco, Mexico. His life in the United States began in Texas where he graduated high school. After graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force and honorably served his new country. Upon his discharge from military service he attended the University of California, Berkeley where he received his doctorate. Señor Torres went on to begin his teaching career in San Jose where he met the love of his life, his beloved Angelina. His teaching career brought him and his family to the Central Valley where he dedicated 23 years to teaching at Lemoore High School. He spoke 7 languages and taught numerous students English and Spanish.
Señor Torres is proceeded on death by his wife of 50 years Angelina and is survived by his two sons Andrei, his wife Christine and Alex, his wife Beverly, grandchildren Alexis, Amaiya, Nadiya and Eli, nieces, nephews, extended family and countless friends.
Services for Señor Torres will be held at Phipps-Dale funeral home on Thursday August 21, 2025 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
