Daniel Wyse, age 72, passed away peacefully at his home in Dundee, Michigan, surrounded by his family, Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
Daniel devoted his life to his loving wife Dawn of 45 years, Daughter Kimberly (Mike), and his grandchildren. He was present for all the events his grandchildren participated in. He was widely known for being vocally supportive from the stands.
In his free time, Daniel was an NTPA Official for nearly 4 decades. In his youth, he enjoyed drag racing with his brother in their 1973 Plymouth Cuda. As a child, he was very active in his local 4H Chapter. The Dundee United Methodist Church welcomed him as a member for over 65 years. He devoted his time to worship and volunteering for the church. He recently was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran on the Ridge of Britton Michigan.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Dawn Wyse, daughter, Kimberly (Mike) Dukeshire, grandsons, Ben Cooper, Samuel Cooper, William Cooper and Conner Dukeshire, granddaughter, Chloe Dukeshire, brother, Mike (Teri) Wyse, nephew Aaron (Kayla) Wyse, and great nephews, Rory and Arlo Wyse.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin O. and Phyllis M. (Seidel) Wyse.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church 9950 Ridge Highway Britton, MI 49229, with Rev. Dave McCarty officiating.
Visitation will also take place Saturday, March 8. 2025 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. A luncheon in honor of Daniel will follow the service, also at the church.
Final resting place will be at Macon Cemetery, Macon Township, MI.
