Danielle Hayden Grae

Danielle Hayden Grae, 36, of Destin, Florida formerly of Owensboro passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was born on May 23, 1988, to Rick and Kim Hayden of Owensboro. Danielle was a 2006 graduate of Owensboro Catholic High School and then Western Kentucky University with a BS in Marketing and Finance. Danielle loved life, family, and friends, always being kind and caring to everyone she met. She was an avid volleyball player and swimmer in High School, enjoyed anything to do with the beach and loved singing karaoke. In her free time, Danielle had quite a creative streak, published a book, cherished her pets and enjoyed sharing new things with others.
Danielle was preceded in death by her grandfather, Paul Hayden Sr., grandmother, Suzanne Coomes, and mother-in-law, Susan Brooks Arthur.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of five years, Ryan Grae; parents, Rick and Kim Hayden; brothers, Dr. Brent Hayden (Stephanie) and Dr. Blake Hayden (Rachel); sister, Tess Hayden; paternal grandmother, Sally Hayden; maternal grandfather, Joseph Coomes; father-in-law, James Graeber; sister-in-law, Brittany Hall; two nephews, Finn and Connor Hayden; two nieces, Quinn and Eloise Hayden all of Owensboro.
A funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Saturday, August 10 at Immaculate Catholic Church. Visitation will be Friday from 3:30 until 7:00 pm with prayers at 6:00 pm. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
