Danielle Honena Obituary
Danielle "Dani" Rose Honena, 40, joined Heavenly Father Friday, July 4, 2025 in Boise, Idaho.
She was born June 18, 1985 in Blackfoot, Idaho to the late Vernaldo "Toe" Honena and Kathleen "Kathy" Garrity.
Dani received her early education in Owyhee, Nevada, also she went to high school in Owyhee, Nevada.
She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews, also with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed listening to music, and hanging out.
Dani is survived by her sister Carmela (Kelly) Honena "Chubs", Fort Hall, Idaho, and brother Gabriel Garrity of Twin Falls, Idaho. Nieces: Corianna Honena of Fort Hall, Sierra, Keonni Garrity of Owyhee, Nevada.
Nephews: Corddaryl Dixey of Owyhee, Nevada, Gage Garrity, Owyhee, Nevada.
Grandchildren: Memphis and Azura Dixey of Owyhee, Nevada, Tristen, Leo Red Cloud, Conner, Te'Koa, Creelyn Honena of Fort Hall, Idaho.
Aunts: Sharon Johnson, Elmaire Snipe, Velma Ariwite, Ida Broncho, Stacey Timbana, all of Fort Hall, Idaho, and Louise Jim of Owyhee, Nevada.
Uncles: Darrell and Lester Nagashoah of Fort Hall.
Various: cousins, nieces, nephews.
Danielle was preceded in death by her father: Vernaldo "Toe" Honena, mother, Kathleen Garrity. Grandparents: Paternal: Leslie and Patricia Nagashoah Maternal: Gus and Beautha Garrity Brother: Travis Honena and Dallas Racehorse, LesSanyole Honena Sister: Holly Honena, Delsaray Honena, Twinkle Flossie Tendoy Great grandmother on father's side: Edith Honena Uncles: Nathan, Wesley Sr., Leo Honena, Buddy Tendoy, Bert Wadda, Fort Hall. Shelson, Marvin, Roderick, Russell and Gerald Garrity of Owhyee, Nevada.
Danielle will be taken to her Aunt Sharon Johnson's residence at 60 E. Ross Fork Road at 10 a.m., Sunday. Traditional burial will be held at the Gibson Cemetery at 2 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2025.
