I didn't know Dan before 2025 but he quickly became a best friend that I'll never forget , and I doubt will ever have such a kind caring humble genius like him in my corner for the rest of my life. He was the reason I got out of bed...for along time when I thought id already had my best days with my childhood friends long ago, I lost my fiance during labor, as well as my grandfather the year prior and the color just seemed gone out of things. It got better the day I met Dan, and it got allot better when Dan wasn't just a friend of a friend but someone who called me a good friend . I remember how proud I was to have gotten his recognition and company for days in a row over and over weeks then months, working out in the garage on different projects and collaborating all all sorts of ideas. Some of which he showed me how to make into reality. I no longer think of the words cant, or impossible . I remember what it's like to be a kid again and to know he enjoyed my company and opinions as much as I loved and will always cherish his. I lived more in the past 6 months than I have in the past 6 years and that's because of Dan, all of you who knew him and loved him know exactly what I'm talking about. He was special. any and all great deeds I accomplish or small kindnesses shared from the day we met are to be attributed primarily to Dan for showing me how fascinating the world really is if you have a true friend to share it with. I miss you so much Dan. there hasn't been a day gone by that I haven't mentioned something we built , an idea we had or bragged about you and how I could hand you the right tool before you even asked towards the end...I can promise you will never be forgotten.
