After completing his education at Navarro College with an associate's degree, Danny became a respected self-employed heating and air conditioning contractor. His work not only provided comfort to many but also reflected his dedication to serving others with excellence and integrity.
Danny's love for his family was unparalleled. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Carolyn Dennis; his devoted daughter, Christi Stewart, and his adoring grandson, Christian Dalton Stewart. He also leaves behind his dear sister Faye Wilson and sister-in-law Marilyn Garrett, and a host of nieces and nephews, all of whom he loved deeply. Danny was predeceased by his father, Homer Sydney Dennis; his mother, Dollie Perry Dennis; his brothers Homer Dennis, Bill Dennis and E W Dennis; and his sisters, Marie Rash and Evelyn Neagle.
A man of many interests, Danny was an avid fan of the Texas Rangers baseball team, finding joy and excitement in every game he watched. His dedication to his community was evident through his involvement with the Corsicana State Home Ex-Student Association, where he connected with fellow alumni and contributed to the association's activities.
Those who knew Danny will remember him for his unwavering kindness. He approached life with a faith that was as constant as the North Star, guiding him through both smooth and turbulent times. His thoughtful nature meant he always considered the needs and feelings of others before his own, making him a valued friend and confidant to many.
