Danny E. Richardson Sr.

Danny E. Richardson Sr. left this world on January 28, 2025, in Cumberland, Maryland. Born on October 15, 1954, in Hagerstown, Maryland to the late Richard (Mugs) Mulligan, and Rose Colombo, in addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jennifer Richardson. 

Danny was a devoted family man who proudly spent 48 wonderful years married to the love of his life. His early military service in the United States Army shaped him into the man we will always remember—strong, brave, and resilient. The values he learned during those formative years continued to guide him throughout his life. He took great delight in the thrill of gambling on the horses and riding motorcycles, as well as family time.

He is survived by his children, Billie Myers, Danny Richardson Jr., (Sarah), Heidi Richardson (Luis), Family members; Kimberly Mason, Richard Mulligan, Barry Mulligan, Bonnie Harrell (Richard), and Angela Mulligan, 17 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

 A Chapel service will be held Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Rest Haven Funeral Home, 1601 Pennsylvania Avenue., Hagerstown, Maryland  at 11:00 am with  Pastor Alexander officiating.
