Kandi Michelle Harbaugh

Kandi Michelle Harbaugh, 45, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Born Monday, August 4, 1980, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of Earl W. Thompson Sr. and Jane Kay (Yost) Thompson.
Kandi graduated from North High School in 1998. She continued her education at HBC to become a Pharmacy Technician and went on to work at Washington County Hospital. She also spent time as an employee at PetSmart, where her love for animals shined through. Although she was proud of her work, her greatest joy and true passion in life was being a stay-at-home mom. She cherished every moment spent caring for her family. She loved the outdoors-hunting, fishing, and camping whenever she had the chance. Inside, she enjoyed playing cards and curling up with a good horror movie. She shared her home and heart with her beloved pets: her dog Baxter, and her cats Candy the Cat and Meow Meow.
In addition to her parents, she is also survived by her husband, Raymond Dean Harbaugh, Sr; daughter, Sierra M. Harbaugh; step son, Raymond D. Harbaugh, Jr.; brother, Earl Thompson, Jr.; grandchildren, Avereigh, Aubreigh, and Amareigh Harbaugh; grandmother, Loretta Thomspon; Sandy "Nan" Yost; and special friends, Dale Boward and Paisley Boward.
She was preceded in death by Larry "Pap" Yost, Sr.
There will be no services and interment will be at the convenience of the family.
