Born Friday, November 18, 1966, in Hagerstown, MD, he was the son of Allen W. Rideout Jr. and Barbara Jean (Carter) Rideout.
Kevin loved basketball, movies and spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Kevin Jr., daughter, Ashley and spouse, daughter, Deja, daugther, Jasmine, son, Keyonne, son, Treyvon, daughter, Breyonna; 21 grandchildren, love of his life, Jodi Billman; aunt, Thomasine Lipscombe and husband James; 4 cousins; sister-friend, Dana Dixon; loving God Mother, Carol Keats; and dogs, Yak and Shiloh.
Kevin is preceded in death by his grandmother, Hilda Carter and great grandmother, Evva Jones.
Family will receive friends at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd N. Hagerstown, MD 21742 on Saturday, November 15, 2025, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
