Lelia Stevenson Fratianni Larkin

Lelia Stevenson Fratianni Larkin, 85, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the Meritus Medical Center.
Born Sunday, June 9, 1940, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry Stevenson and Anna Mary (Ray) Stevenson.
She was employed at E.J. Fennel. She was the owner of L.&K. Deli, and a manager at McDonald's, owner Spike's Pub & Tavern and also owner of Lil's Little Angels Day Care. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and while living in Princess Anne she was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. She volunteered with the Judy Center, and also made cakes for the Catholic church.
She is survived by her daughters, Teresa F. (Brian) Delosier, Daughter, Denise Lynn Benner, grandchildren Jennifer, Sherri, Candice and Beth and numerous great grandchildren and special friends Bonnie and Bobby Wells.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Richard Fratianni, second husband, Kenneth Wayne Larkin, son, Brett Wayne Fratianni and eight brothers and sisters.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown, MD with Father James Boric officiating.
