Earl Warren Richards, 64, of Falling Waters, West Virginia, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025 at his home. He was a member of Robinwood Church in Hagerstown, Maryland.
Earl enjoyed working at his Dad's business, Richards Paving growing up. He then went on to open his own paving business. He also owned several deli stores and worked for a few other businesses before health challenges necessitated an early retirement.
Earl is survived by his siblings, Ronnie (Linda), Sue (Tad) Smith, Danny (Evelyn), Martha (Brad) Grimm, Lois Henson, and Sarah (James) Yoder. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Jocie, brother Wayne, sisters June Adkins, Faye Vinson, Janet Richards, and many nieces, nephews, and his beloved dog Bandit.
A memorial service to honor Earl's life will be announced at a later date.
