Darlene L. Jesse

Darlene L. Jesse, age 82, a resident of Eagle River, WI died on Tuesday October 24, 2023 at Aspirus Eagle River Hospital. She was born in the Town of Spruce, WI on March 16, 1941 to Edmund and Eloise Erickson.
Darlene attended Clintonville High School where she met and married Ronald Jesse Sr. on October 25, 1958. They moved to Woodridge, IL where she raised her family and was a homemaker. Darlene was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary in Lyle, IL. In 1976 they moved to Eagle River where she worked at Trig's in the Deli. Darlene loved: camping, spending time with grand and great grandchildren, shopping, ice fishing, and her favorite holiday Christmas.
Darlene is survived by her children: Chris (Dale) Nanstad, Ronald Jr. (Shirley), Sherry Morreau, Tom (Jeng), Lisa (Michael) Chevalier, Jamie (Shawna); 18 grandchildren, many great grandchildren; brother: Eddie Erickson; goddaughter: Ann Boma; other family and friends; dog: Babygirl. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ronald Sr; son: Daniel; brother: Alan; sister: LaVerne; and parents.
A funeral service will be at 11am on Tuesday November 7, 2023 at the Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River, WI. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service with burial at St. Peter Cemetery.
