A Celebration of Life
Darrell Leon Lister, 52 years of age, of Massillon, Ohio passed on August 5th, 2025, after an illness had taken its course.
Darrell was born in Henderson, Texas to Diane Beall-Lacy on February 4th, 1973. Darrell loved being a country boy from Texas; he was very proud of his family and hometown and was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. Darrel worked at MPI Logistics & Services, he was a truck driver as well as many other positions there and enjoyed working with his co-workers. Darrell collected all types of frogs which lead to his nickname "Frog". If you knew anything about Darrell, you knew he loved his two boys and that they meant the world to him.
Darrell was preceded in death by Diane Beall-Lacy, Grafton (Bam) Page, Uncle Joe Bell and Reston Price.
Darrell is survived by Big Mamma Rose Williams, Dayshawn Lister, Darius Lister, Antonio Beall, Albert Lacy, Angelica (Ray) Anderson, Takita (Damien) Updite with lots of Aunts, Uncles, cousins, family and friends in East Texas, also family and close friends in the Massillon/Canton, Akron area.
There will be a Celebration of Life event on Saturday August 16th, 2025. Details of this event will be posted later today.
