Dave Lusk

GREENFIELD – David Thomas Lusk, age 76, of Greenfield, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022 at his home. Born on July 28, 1946, in Manchester, TN, he was the son of Elma (Guy) and James Lusk. He attended Franklin Central High School and on December 11, 1964, he married Joyce (Layton).
Dave owned and operated Dave Lusk Construction, where they focused on building custom homes. He enjoyed classic cars, mowing his grass, and riding his Harley. He loved spending his winters in the Florida Keys with his wife Joyce, dog Lucy and his Florida family.
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joyce Lusk; children, David (Jodi) Lusk II, Danny Lusk, Donny (Angie) Lusk, Joyce Lusk-Shelton, Janet (Vincent) Feeney and David (Nicole) Lusk III; grandchildren, Austin, Evan and Lily Lusk, Levi Shelton, Tony (Taylor) Shane, Mindy Lusk, Eric and Connor Lusk, Annabell, Bridgett, Scarlett, and Maddi Feeney, and Angelina Ostermyer; great-grandchildren, Jack, Charlie, Lillian, Gannon and Olivia; brother, James Lusk; and his loyal dog, Lucy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elma and James; and sister, Nancy Bowling.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140.
