Dave Skonieczny

Dave Skonieczny, of White Lake, MI died peacefully on August 19, 2025; age 72; He is survived by the love of his life Deb (his Debbi), his cherished children Alissa, Amanda (Shawn), Jason (Chelsea) and beloved grandchildren Bella, Adley, Amelia, Esmae and his first grandson that he is cradling in his arms in Heaven until he arrives in October. He also leaves his two grandpups Casper and Margot. He was born in Detroit to Anthony and Julia Skonieczny who preceded him in death as well as his brother Anthony Jr. He is survived by his sisters Kathy (Stan), Susan (Bill) and sister in law Joya as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Dave's legacy will live on through the countless lives he touched with his kindness, generosity, sense of humor, and his fun facts. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. at the Riverside Chapel, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers donations to the Brain Injury Association of MI or The American Heart Association is appreciated.
