Mr. David Devon Adams passed away peacefully at his childhood home in Milan on May 17, 2024, with his mother and son by his side.
He was born on August 22, 1969, in Milan to his loving parents, Jerlene Adams and the late Sylvester Adams.

David confessed his belief in Christ at an early age and was a Christian by faith. He was a 1988 graduate of Milan High School.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two siblings, Weber "Rooney" Steward and Teresa Steward-Bobbitt.
Left to cherish David's memory are three children, Samara Adams of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Patricia Blair of Fort Smith, Arkansas and Cameron Adams of Milan, Tennessee; five grandchildren, Dyamond, Dezyrae, Micah, Makari and Miyah all of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and his loving mother, Jerlene Adams of Milan, Tennessee.

Other survivors include siblings, Fred Steward, Jr. (Beverly) of Atwood, Tennessee, Tanya Adams of Memphis, Tennessee, Andrea Adams of Jackson, Tennessee, Derrick Adams of Lexington, Tennessee, Monica Tate (Michael) of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Lynn Jordan (Charles) of McIntosh, Alabama, Tammy James (Allen) of McIntosh, Alabama, Ervin Adams of McIntosh, Alabama and David Adams (Sandra) of McIntosh, Alabama and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
