David A. Bieber, 72, of Oley Township, died December 9, 2025 in Tower Health / Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading, PA on October 14, 1953, he was a son of the late Ray M., and Helen K. (Hoffman) Bieber.

He was a 1972 graduate of Oley Valley High School.

David was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Oley.

He was employed 27 years as a mechanic with Kawecki and then Cabot, Gilbertsville before leaving in 2002.

David was later employed 15 years with GSK, King of Prussia as a mechanic, before retiring in 2020.

He enjoyed small and big game hunting; fishing locally; Bear Camp in Centre County; gardening; and feeding his birds.

David also loved a good meal and telling his "Dad Jokes".

He is survived by three children: Tonia L., wife of Craig M. Quinn of Birdsboro; Denise L., wife of Joey D. Wentzel of Oley; and Brendon A. Bieber of Douglassville.

David was the proud grandfather to "His One And Only" granddaughter, Danielle D. Sonder.

He is also survived by five siblings: Leona, wife of Robert Wegman; Delores, wife of Albert Shirey; Donald, husband of Donna Bieber; Etta, wife of Gary Shane; and Dale Bieber.

David was predeceased by a brother, Jeffery Bieber.

A viewing will be held Monday, December 15th from 10-11 am in Stitzel Family Funeral Homes & Crematory, Inc., 423 Main Street, Oley.

Services will be celebrated Monday at 11 am in the funeral home.

Burial will be held privately.
