David Clark

David T Clark, born September 23, 1952 born to Thomas L Clark and Jannette Durrant, in Evanston Wy. Dave, Son, brother, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend passed away peacefully on April 4, 2025 at the George E Whalen Care Facility for Veterans.
Dave graduated from Bonneville High School in 1971. He furthered his education at West Point Military Academy graduating in 1975 and Monterey School of languages to further his military career. Dave's heart was in the service of his county, leaving the Army as a Major. The Boy Scouts of America program was a passion for him and his boys, as he dedicated countless hours to youth programs and the Scouts.
Dave married Judy Wilkins from Marietta Ga in 1976 they were later sealed in the Washington DC Temple. They had 5 Children. They later divorced.
Dave is survived by his Daughter Kara Lambert, Kristen, Bryan (Katie), Brandon (Jackie), 14 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Brett, and brother Doug.
A memorial for Dave will be announced at a later date, and any interested are invited to participate.
A warm thank you is given to the VA in SLC, the George E Whalen Care Center and all the staff but most importantly to his West Point brothers that were his constant support. The Army, his family, his church, and selfless service, wherever needed, were his passions, and any and all that shared in this with him are invited to share precious memories, thoughts and irreverent happenings that are recalled adding to his endearing memory.
