David Crites Obituary

David was a HVAC Technician for Pass One Hour Heating and Airconditioning in Energy for over 20 years.
David was a member of the West Monroe Apostolic Church in Herrin.
David was born May 13, 1961 in Elgin, IL to Rev. James D. and Juanita (Carlton) Crites.
David married Jodi Webb on October 29, 2011 in Addison, IL.
He is survived by his wife, Jodi Crites of Carterville; daughter and son-in-law, Ashley & Jacob Dunning of Herrin; grandson, Maverick Dunning; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Beverly & Bill Harris of Tullahoma, TN and Martha & Mark Murray of Fairhope, AL; brother and sister-in-law, Mark & Laura Crites of Marengo, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at the West Monroe Apostolic Church in Herrin with Rev. Jordan Griffith and Bro. Brian Labat officiating. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the church. Interment will be at Cana Cemetery in Goreville, IL. Memorial donations may be made to West Monroe Apostolic Church, P. O. Box L, Herrin, IL 62948; envelopes will be available at the church.
