Wow, I just can´t believe it! David was so funny, so laid back, and just an all around amazing guy. I got to know him better when he dated a good friend of mine in high school. He always made me smile. My heart goes out to his family and close friends. He will be missed but know he definitely had a positive impact on so many, including me.

David was such a sweet, nice guy who loved his family with all his heart. I went to high school with him but got to know him better when, after his first daughter Jessie was born, he started attending Eastlan Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. Our daughters grew up together - so many great memories there. I remember him rolling up to Bethel Elementary pulling a camper behind him so many times to pick the kids up from school. Always having a good time!

Wonderful person. He had the spirit of a fighter and survivor. My heart is saddened.

We had so much fun to Funky Town 1980. Genuinely one of the nicest guys from my teenage years. Hillcrest Class of 1980, we were the best class!
