David Hughes Obituary
He was born on July 31, 1947, in Syracuse NY to Warren and Nicolina Hughes. He graduated from Liverpool High School and went on to be an owner/operator truckdriver. He was known for his kindness and humor and love of playing slot machines.
David Hughes enjoyed fishing, hunting, cruises, and especially cherishing time spent with his wife Jenell Hughes. He was a member of Amvets and Eagle clubs of Edgewater FL.
He is survived by his spouse Jenell Hughes, children Jeffrey Hughes, Tammy Hughes, Kevin Hughes, Stepchildren Derrick Furze and Steven Furze and multiple grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Father Warren Hughes, his Mother Nicolina Hughes, and his Brother Richard Hughes.
A celebration of life service will be held on January 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Fraternal Order of Eagles club at 132 Park Ave #14, Edgewater, FL 32132.
