David S. Korynoski

David S. Korynoski, age 59, of Summit Twp. passed away Friday September 19, 2025, at UPMC Hamot. He was born in Erie November 12, 1965, son of David L. Korynoski and Nancy E. (Lilley) Korynoski Jelinek of Erie.

Dave had been an electrician for General Electric and later Cornerstone Construction. He had been a drummer for several local bands, enjoyed hunting and fishing and had a passion for breeding Ball Pythons.

David was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Marie Korynoski and his maternal grandparents, John and Ann Lilley.

Survivors include his loving wife of 10 years, Valerie (St. George) Korynoski, one daughter, Annalis Korynoski of Atlanta, one son Valar Korynoski, of Albion, two step sons, Logan Stephenson of Harborcreek and Broden Hodubski (Paige) of Lawrence Park, his step mother, Sharon Korynoski, of Erie, one granddaughter, Isla Hodubski , five siblings, Brent Korynoski (Barbara) Kristin Heinrich (Jeff), Michelle Barbato (Michael), Randall Korynoski and Steven Korynoski (Heather Dixon) all of Erie, two step brothers, Matt Green of Union City and Jason Green of Tampa. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

NO CALLING HOURS WILL BE OBSERVED. A celebration of David's life will be held at a later date. Brugger Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1595 West 38th St. are handling arrangements. Memorials may be made to the City Mission, 1017 French St, Erie, PA 16501.
